I. Digital Product Refund Policy
The robot development programs sold on this website are classified as digital products. As a general rule, refunds are not supported once successful delivery has occurred (e.g., via the provision of download links, activation codes, or account access).
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
The product contains severe technical defects that cannot be resolved.
Duplicate billing or billing errors caused by system malfunctions.
To request a refund, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of purchase and provide your order details along with a description of the issue.
II. Subscription Service Refunds
For subscription-based products, if a refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial billing date—provided it is your first purchase of the subscription and the service has not been utilized extensively—a refund may be granted.
Refunds are generally not supported for subscription renewal orders; please ensure you cancel your subscription in a timely manner prior to the renewal date.
III. Physical Product Return Policy (Where Applicable)
If you have purchased physical goods (such as robot hardware or development kits), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the items.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
They must be unused and remain in their original, intact packaging.
They must be in a condition suitable for resale.
If the item suffers from quality defects or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
IV. Refund Processing Time
Once we have confirmed that your request meets the refund criteria, we will complete the refund processing within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment account; the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
